I know that the US is the largest region for videogame sales. Is the EU or Japan second?

If anyone could provide some third party support to back up your statement. That would be great.

I forget. I think Europe as a whole is slightly bigger. Someone else would know for sure, though.

Europe is the biggest in theory. Problem is, Europe isn't really a region. It's a collection of regions. You can do a US version, and a Japanese version, but you can't do a euro version. You have to do a Uk, DE, French, Spanish, etc. So Europe could be, but there is a big obstacle.

Even in decline though, I think Japan still moves more software than all of Europe. It's rough putting an entire continent up against a single nation.... nationally, Japan's still a strong second with the UK being a distant 3rd. And per capita, Japan kills the US even.

Europe is the second largest market after the US, although "Europe" numbers usually include Australia/New Zealand (and a couple of other smaller countries also outside of actual Europe I believe).

Well, if you are talking about units instead of revenue....

As a country, Japan is in second place. But, if Europe and North America are grouped as such, it's only fair to group Korea and China with Japan.
