Echos of the Living doesn't have a concrete date but the devs say it should enter EA quite soon and will have one character's campaign complete start to finish.

I'm sure GTA6 will be an event, but I'm fully expecting a 6mo-1 year console exclusivity period, so I won't be playing that game until 2027 at the earliest.
