If you picked the Plateau of beginnings he's one of the bosses for the island. Lv23
Legit enjoying the game and some of these Pal designs. Been playing on a server a friend hosted with like 10 others. Game is a bit of a grind but it's alright.

They OP. I used one to grind some levels against Robquils and other grass types. AOE is OP in this game.
