Why do Red collaborations have to use the sudden crap platforming level?!

I'm forcing my way through Dumbgrave Overdose. For some reason I enjoyed the first game, but this one is rusty nails through my nuts.

Anyhow, much like Bujingai this game out of the blue slaps you with a absolutely shit platforming section near the end of the game. I mean it would be a one thing if. . .

- There were platforming sections prior to this to prepare you for this stuff.
- The controls weren't made for this sort of gaming experience.

Here, I'm going to give you a butter knife to cut that nice well done steak you've got. Y'know what I mean?

Jesus - I pray to god Blood Will Tell doesn't have PLATFORMING HELL in it's later sections or I'm going to pull a Ted Kaczynski on Red's corporate offices. >:(

Feel free to bitch here about any other games that suddenly mistakes it's f'ing genre halfway through.

Blood Will Tell also has some pretty dumb platforming levels, but THEY appear throughout the game, are never fun, and almost exclusively are played with Dororo. Dororo sucks.

Ys: The Ark of Napishtim. Could the platforming areas be any worse. I could swear there is a sizeable delay between the button press and the reaction. They show up so frequently too. :(

Ah christ dude.

Yeah - fuck this game. It's going straight to trade-in. Honestly, I enjoyed the first - but I'm fucking hating every second of this one, and with my absolute distaste for that wanker Nightow's shenanigan it's not like I'm enjoying the story or characters.

I'm genuinely shocked shit like this makes it out of the testing stages. I mean, do testers even have to play through the entire game? Shit - do the Japanese even test their product before release? :X
