Ok, so if you remember that past thread of mine in this gaming forum (one of my very few in here rather than the OT), you'll know now that I went against the majority's advice and still got myself a Gamecube. And I love it. With the little free time I have now with work, I spend a great deal of time just playing games, and now I am overjoyed to have one of these gaming backlogs that many of you here speak of. I spent quite a bit of time trying to unlock stuff in SSBM, but my reflexes don't seem to be good enough to finish a lot of the challenges, so I guess I'll just play lots and lots of cheap and quick VS. matches against the CPU. For now I'm thoroughly engrossed in Zelda:TWW. I haven't even really started Metroid Prime or Tales of Symphonia yet.
Anyway, I've been looking to buy a few more bargain games, but it seems impossible to find them new anywhere. Every store in my area either doesn't have them at all, or has them used, but in pretty crappy condition. The games I seek are as follows:
Soul Calibur II
Rogue Squadron II: Rogue Leader
Rogue Squadron III: Rebel Strike
I know that Soul Calibur III is coming out soon, but I still want II because I love the series, and III will probably be full price for a while. I noticed that, while SCII is available online via Amazon/Target, the other two I cannot find anywhere except through the used avenues. Did they just stop producing these games entirely or something?
