Wii U Spotted At CES

Was that it from Reggie?

Yep. Spike and crew basically just wanted him for the potential viewership boost. They knew he wasnt saying anything. Thats why they teased oh wow a Wii U is coming with reggie etc.

Reggie is only at CES for behind doors meetings.

What a waste of time... So we have to think that it won't be particularly a powerful machine... rather something like 360/PS3 are now... Nintendo, you seem to be deaf

Man at least the Sony and MS press conference were fun to watch for the trainwrecks that they were. That was just completely pointless.

I don't know what people expected from this. I often wonder if Reggie doesn't just agree to these interviews just to butt heads with Geoff and troll

He did tip toe around the question of: "Are we going to hear more before E3".

Yeah because he probably knows as much as we do about when Wii U information will be revealed.

HUGE =/= heavy. Why is this concept so hard to understand? Everyone who has talked about it in impressions has said it's surprisingly light

I said when using the touchscreen.
The object used for leverage doesn't have to weigh anything, but the force applied on the other end gets multiplied.
So you push down on the touchscreen and it transfers to your wrist.
Light push = not so light effect.

Let's not assume kids are surgeons with a featherlight accurate touch.

edit: i'm going off the dimensions and way of holding in that picture.

I didn't see any tip toeing at all, he directly said we will get more info between now and E3.

Ah the monorail, one of the 4 times a year it gets used.

Unless they press on the screen like a crazed person, they'll be fine.

So the Wii U is at CES just to be there, walking around taking pictures of itself with TVs, Eliza, and other awesome pieces of technology? Not even thinking of plugging itself onto one of the TVs?

So does the U-Pad have the ability to turn on without the Wii U having power? The touch screen was displaying a dimly-lit Wii U logo....

We know nothing. Is there a brightness adjust for the tablet? We've seen videos and photos of it being very bright, and the same for it being very dim.

They didn't say anything! Reggie didn't say anything about how powerful was the thing. How do you come to this conclusion!?
