Both of those picture are kinda "eh." The second one doesn't have context, to I'm not going to assume anything about it. Willow is not in any state of disrobement, and a man not wearing a shirt is not inherently sexual, neither is lying on a bed with someone while clothed.
As to the first picture, I remember junior high and the end of elementary school. I think a lot of girls that age would run up to a stripper pole and swing around it or do something similar. It's not the 80's any more, that kind of imagery is common on TV and even more so in movies than it used to be. We can't assume a little kid understands all the connotations of such an action, so if we grant innocence in interpreting the photo, there's not much to it.
Edit: Wait a minute, has anyone noticed that in the second photo her head is on his knee, and that it he's either wearing shorts or not wearing pants? That kinda changes things...
