Edit: Rocket Riot mysteriously appeared on the Marketplace once I upgraded to Mango. Yay! Now I can download it!

Accuweather is the most laggy app I have ever seen. But it is the only weather app with nice Live tile features that are available for my region.

Okay. Need some advice, in the middle of step 7 of updating my device, I just got a update error. I have the transfer image on my phone, and zune just asked me to close the update. Nothings happening. Ooh now I have a usb device warning. WTF. Any help?

It should be fine to update while the phone is in guest mode (in Zune). My desktop PC has (apparently) slow USB ports and the WP updates always failed using it so I have done all of my updates using my son's laptop. My Focus shows up as a guest and it won't sync any my pics or videos, but it will run the update fine.

In Canada we have music, vision and voice in Bing so I switched the search to US and I now have Local Scout, which is awesome. Voice to Text working perfectly as well. So gooood!

Edit: Having trouble with texts being sent at the moment.

Not Mango related, but I have an interesting issue that recently befell my wife's Focus. The mic stopped working for calls. It's just in calls as I am able to use voice for search and text. I hoped the update would fix it, but no dice.

Any recommended course of action?

The update did fix it. My phone's audio was wonky when I tested it after the update. SMH

On the RTM with the HTC firmware update installed Connected Media (an HTC DNLA app) worked a treat. Now with the final, legit Mango installed "This application is not available for your device" and I can't download it again. Poo shoe :*(

only a handful of games so far have mango updates. things should really start picking up now, although over the last week i've probably had about six or seven things get mango updates.

wait, it sounds like that isn't the case at all. people are going right from beta and RTM to final aren't they, or are you talking about forcing the update? there really isn't much difference at all between RTM and final.

It sounds like you have two email accounts linked. Try to unlink them.

Btw, the website marketplace allows you to view all your installed applications so you can just click and have them re-install on your device over the air

I thought this too, but they were unlinked. Yet, I saw the hotmail link in my google options, I linked them and it worked, unlinked them, and I still get no email icon. I might have to start over from scratch.
