Kid’s Corner will evidently be accessible on all Windows Phone 8 devices by swiping left on the Lock screen to enable. Once done so, a new virtual environment is enabled that has preloaded (and approved) games, music, videos and apps for the child to use.

What’s more, it can be based off of geo-location, time and pushed updates, giving quite a unique and super useful experience for Windows Phone users. It’s “glance and go” taken to the next level, in our opinion.
3rd Party Lock Screen Notifications

It should be of no surprise that Twitter and Facebook are both there. After all, the two popular social media services have been baked into Windows Phone for a long time already, seeing that extended with these notifications is to be expected.
