That was...interesting. I think I liked the first part the most, and I wish they didn't focus so much on secondary characters after the first time skip.
I watched it dubbed on Netflix, and there were no translations for the interstitial text screens. Shit was maddening.

All in all, I liked 5 Centimeters Per Second more, but I still enjoyed this. Kudos, Unknown Soldier.

Was the memory of her dream what she was going to lose? Why did she go into a coma in the first place? Was the whole multiverse thing just a plot device to make Sayuri's dreamworld into something "real" or was there alternate universe / timeline fuckery going on throughout the movie? Why was there so much piano music despite the prominence on violins(they're even holding them on the cover!)? Should I have made this into a numbered list instead of a block of questions?
