Well, the most explicit the show ever gets is
Kana licking the frosting from Yuki's finger and the "kiss" at the end of the series which is both zoomed way out and also allegedly just Kana licking ice cream from Yuki's face. Allegedly. You'd have to be blind not to see that they're totally a couple, though.

yeah that happenned as a light info ( not as part of the plot) but both pictures are from the show.
People are so quick to forget the 3rd sister that wanted to be in the "groove" too.

Sazae-san Episode 4,261 or "The Amazing Wanted Poster"
Tamao and Katsuo go to the police station and they find a wanted poster that looks oddly like Masuo. Sazae and the rest of the family don't believe them. Tamao and a girl go tell that the man on the poster is Masuo to the police causing a PI to investigate.
The part after that at the police station was a little vague, weirdly a kid ended up having handcuffs round his neck, no idea why.
This is the first episode I've watched where I've seen an opening to Sazae-san, which I believe has used the same song since it started 43 years ago. The opening had Sazae go to many places doing a variety of things including sailing a boat, meeting a small fairy looking creature and petting a horse in a field.
There was a rock paper scissors match this episode
