Really liked New Order but wasn't much of a fan on Old Blood. Will pick up, but the 10 minute reveal would have played better as a 90 second trailer. Was bored before they even got to the actual game cut scenes.

It definitely looks like it's set up that way, but Wyatt and Fergus are interchangeable (given the two instances where that scene shows both of them in the same position) and it would be hard to have Caroline given she cannot walk. It's definitely possible if they're limited to cutscenes and whatever HQ will be.

Don't know if it's been said already but at least people from Switzerland (and probably other countries) will get both the German and International versions of TNC if they buy either version of the game on Steam.
It already shows up as a "package" containing both versions:
