WORLD CUP 2022 | Rumba Quatar

hemo memo

You can't die before your death
The most unorganized match and teams in the tournament. Wrong passes everywhere. I mean I didn’t expect much from Canada but Beligum with all those stars players doing badly.

I’m starting to think maybe them Euros ain’t quite the soccer gods we been lead to believe. Shit, the way they’re playing I might put 100 bucks on Hawaii to win the next World Cup

FIFA opens investigation into discriminatory chants by Mexico fans

This is just grand,

FIFA: "You can't make homophobic chants. You're only allowed to execute them here (Qatar)."

I'm all for being against homophobia, but people don't understand when Mexicans chant "Culero" or "Puto" they don't wish any ill will against the gay community, it's just banter, it's more like yelling sissy, or little bitch. Mexico has one of the biggest Gay Pride parades in Latin America.

Definitely the most interesting day so far, but I thought the Japan Germany game was by far the best to watch.

I mean the Spain slaughter of Costa Rica was interesting in it’s own way but it was like they were playing a non-existent team (zero bloody shots), and Canada’s chances were the only thing making the Belgium match interesting, it’s like Belgium fell asleep, woke up and scored a goal then went right back to bed again.

Ah crap. Canada should had won. Either Canada is playing much better than thought (though they won CONCACAF), or Belgium played a lot worse than they did.

I think Canada is that good - or at least has enough quality to keep even a great team honest. Really enjoyed their style and presure in the first half. Deserved a tie at least.. shame they couldn't push for a result.

I agree. You are a guest at a country so come and respect their values. We don't fuck from the ass or endorse it in public here. Behind close doors go nuts. In public keep your pants on for 29 days.
Agreed.

But you know the western way. Make as much cash as possible and downplay every non-western government and life style. And do it in public on social media so they get recognition and fame. Hell, westerners will even rag on other westerners trying to convince the world their way of life is top dog while the rest of the world are slobby shmucks.

It's hard to compete against countries that are safe and have lots of economic power. But the best way to shut them up is to bring up heated racial and discriminatory tensions. Sometimes foreign government use that tactic shut up a western politician.

Watch in amazement as the westerner suddenly shuts their mouth.

Let's drop the bullshit politics. Y'all running away after the cat closed the door.

Being against slavery and anti-gay regimes is hardly "political".
When did the world cup become a ground for waving our euro-eccentric beliefs in other countries, it's 90 mins of football, not a discussion panel. Did Qatar pay its way to a winter World Cup, a first of its kind? Very likely. Is Fifa corrupt and do they accept bribes? Absolutely. But since we are here, this doesn't change the simple fact that if you are a guest in someone else's country you have to respect their code. Russia hosted the 2018 world cup and takes a similar stance on the LGBTQ group to Qatar and back then no one said shit (if this was a talking point it was muted). Do you know why? Because this whole thing has nothing to do with wearing an armband. It's because the UK was up to host the World Cup and Qatar robbed them of this (their second unsuccessful bid after losing to Russia in 2018) and now they are very butthurt.
