WHats the rule for penalty kicks in the box when it goes off the defender's hand/arm/elbow? So even if it's totally accidental, a player who's limb gets hit with the ball is an automatic penalty kick for the other team? Or are there times it's allowed and no call?

if it hits a certain area of the arm (below the sleeve i think) then it's a handball.

handball is probably not the right name. if it hits your forearm or bicep it can be a handball i think. as long as it doesn't touch the sleeve of your shirt.

not 100% on the rules.

also i don't think it matters if your arm is raised/lowered or your facing towards or away from the ball.
