WORLD CUP 2022 | Rumba Quatar

Christiano and Mbappe are once in a decade, imo. Messi, however, is a once in a lifetime player. What has made his career so incredible is his versatility: Insane scorer AND extraordinary playmaker...Neither Christiano, nor Mbappe, with all due respect, could ever aspire to being as influential in a game. The guy shoots, dribbles, passes, creates occasions for his teammates and positions himself on the field in a breathtaking way, and makes everything look so easy...GOAT, and not even up for debate. His stats are better than everybody else's, but , however impressive they are, we, who have witnessed his career, know full well that they tell only a small part of the story...Imagine performing at his level for 18 years straight! 😐😐😐
Messi only did it in La Liga unfortunately.

Not an ending. He's said he'll continue playing for Argentina as a World Champion.

Ronaldo on suicide watch though lol.
Do stupid interviews with Piers Morgan slating your club, manager, players and even ex-players just days before a World Cup was a brilliant fecking idea 😂
Put even more spotlights on him to perform for his country.

Shame this will be Ronaldo's World Cup highlights: 😂

He deserves that. Disrespectful piece of shite.

It is only fitting that Argentina would win this corrupt tournament. It really does help when you start every single match1-0 thanks to free penalty kicks, and the refs will kindly look the other way to ensure the narrative that the GOAT can lift up the trophy at his final world cup. Rarely has a team with such poor sportsmanship lifted the trophy at the end.

The only good thing about this is that Messi can finally claim the one trophy that has been missing from his trophy case. While Argentina as a whole certainly didn't deserve to win the cup, Messi absolutely did.

Congratulations to the Argentinians for their deserved win in a crazy final. I feel for my French boys but it took us so much time to get our game on that I cannot even be mad

Who are you responding to, exactly? You're quoting my post but literally nothing you've said has anything to do with what I've said. I'm not talking about the finals specifically and I haven't said anything about any MVP at all, what are you even talking about?

Complaining about being "disrespectful" is funny though. Argentina's football team is disprespectful as fuck to their opponents.

Which was clearly about Argentina's entire run through out the tournament and not specifically the finals. So nothing you've said has any relevance to what I've said.

They've been assisted by referees every step of the way with incredibly shady decisions. Not since 1966 has a team received this many penalty kicks in a world cup run, and pretty much all of them have been controversial.

Hey man those are legit penalty and free kick. These accusations are stupid and ridiculous

talking about team getting asissted by reff France have 2 penalty in final but i guess that doesnt fit your narative

btw when you said While Argentina as a whole certainly didn't deserve to win the cup, Messi absolutely did.

Thats how i know you dont watch them play

Cos even if its true Messi are important during the tournament the other player like Alvarez, McAllister, De Paul, Di Maria, Martinez also plays pivotal role

Those were absolutely not legit penalty kicks. You think getting 5 penalty kicks in one single tournament run is just a major coincidence? Come on now. All of these have been extremely controversial.

The match against the Netherlands was the most obvious example of this. Not only was the penalty kick given in that game completely indefensible, Argentina should have ended that match with 9 people on the field after that blatantly obvious intentional hand ball of Messi, which should have been a yellow card and Parades, who should have got red after kicking the ball into the Dutch bench after committing a foul on Ake.

France got two penalties because the fouls were blatantly obvious and there's no way they could have got away with not giving a penalty kick there. The penalty Argentina got was a very obvious dive that was planned. Run in front of the defender, wait until the foot inevitably hits lightly and dive to the floor.

When I said that Messi deserves it, I say that over his entire run of the tournament and his career in general. Argentina as a team doesn't deserve it for their incredibly disrespectful attitude towards both the opponent and the game, and the fact FIFA clearly wants them to win so that their poster boy can hold up the trophy.

The only one who is showing any bias here is you, as is evident by this very post.

No, Netherlands did not "Do the same". The dutch did not get away with an obvious intentional handball (In fact, I believe one yellow card was for precisely that) nor did the Dutch kick the ball into the duck out after committing a foul. Obviously, both sides commit fouls in the game, but it's blatantly obvious that Argentina got away with a lot more and that Messi was clearly spared by the referee.

You seem very emotional about this. You're right, Argentina is the established winner, the result is not going to change. But people are absolutely right to point out that Argentina was helped by the arbiters every step of the way. If you'd educate yourself about football and world cups in particular, you'd have known that Argentina winning world cups in the mids of corruption and blatant favoritism isn't new.

Please, you're just looking ridiculous claiming this, just plain butthurt.
Regarding PK, already explained and the same about Messi been fouled many times by the Dutch and the ref doing nothing, that's why he stopped the ball with the hand and the ref knew it was for not calling, again, another foul.
If you watch just what serves you right instead of the context there's a waste of time reading you.

You haven't explained anything. Look at what your explanations are:
vs Arabia: VAR checked grabbing Paredes (fact)
vs Poland: VAR checked Szczesny hits Messi (Ref called it)
vs Netherlands: Acuña fouled inside the area (fact)
vs Croatia: Livakovic fouled Alvarez (he blocked with his leg, fact)
Your "explanation" is literally just "VAR checked" which is completely meaningless because whole argument is that FIFA wanted Argentina to win and VAR is part of FIFA, or blanket statements like "Fouled inside the area", except there was no foul happening. Defender was literally just standing there in a natural position and made no effort to block or trip Acuna.

Your argument about Messi is even more hilarious. You do realize that that is not how any of that works, right? Messi wasn't the victim of a disproportionate amount of fouls, but the best part is that that is not even relevant because there is literally not a single justification to not give a straight up yellow card for this. Seriously, look at this. It's the most blatant handball in the history of the world cup (Okay, maybe the second most blatant. I'm sure you know the other most blatant handball in the history of the world cup), and he was not being fouled at that moment at all. You can't just say:"Well he was the victim of fouls earlier, so he's allowed to get away with such a blatant handball". That's absurd.

You're just coming up with all sorts of weird and strange excuses to justify it.

Congratulations to Argentina, I'm sure you'll remember this one for a long time. Does anybody else find it hilarious that Messi and Mbappe faced off in the finals and are both teammates at Paris Saint Germaine lol? I'm sure this'll make for some interesting conversations in the locker room.

There are rules for this type of violation. Stuff like “disappeared and nobody knows where” is stupid west hollywood style propaganda.

Footage of their act flooded social media, one person tweeting: “I spotted her, very brave! she’ll be arrested over there if she’s not careful.”

"But the morning after Argentina's heroics, the woman - named Noe - surfaced and began sharing various clips from the previous day's celebrations."

Being a topless whore is really brave in 2022. There are very few whores in the world nowadays.

I'm sorry that you're so emotional over this bro, are you all right? Is this the first time you're learning that the world outside of Argentina isn't nearly as impressed by their arbiter assisted, penalty shootout wins as you are? Once the dust has settled and the shine of Messi winning his world cup wears off, it's inevitable that this world cup will be seen in the same light as 1978's world cup.
