A few tiny corrections to that TNL gameography...
-Treasure didn't develop the Game Gear versions of Dynamite Headdy or Gunstar Heroes, Sega did them internally.
-It's actually Advance Guardian Heroes (GBA).
-Tiny Toon Adventures: Defenders of the Universe was also in production for GameCube (actually announced even in a Conspiracy press release).
-Gun Beat was also planned for Dreamcast release early on.
-Treasure was considering a collection of their Genesis/Saturn games, entitled Treasure Box, for Dreamcast.
-Radiant Silvergun was at one point in development for PlayStation. Crave was funding the project but they canceled it when SCEA's approval process failed it.
