I stand by my booking and prediction.
Reigns and Brock go back and forth, Brock is crushing Reigns.
Authority come down with HHH, Big Show, Kane, Rollins and crew and after some "why are they here, they are going to screw Reigns!"
Then one of them decks Paul Heyman distracting Brock.
They beat down Lesner.
Vince comes down and Reigns pins Lesner who kicks out anyway, and gets beat down some more. Then Reigns pins him and Vince yells to ring the damned bell.
Place goes ballistic, HHH raises Reigns hand.

WWE gets the face that the crowd will get behind in Lesner.

It's Wrestlemania. This will never happen. If this was Summerslam or something else, I could see it.

They ended Wrestlemania X-7 by turning their biggest star heel in his damn home state

I feel that due to that event and the aftermath, Vince will never try to pull something like that again.

There will be no heel turn, as potentially great as it would be for Reigns.

This isn't that era. Its 14 years later and Vince does what he wants without being on tv.

They were literally celebrating destroying WCW. We got Brock massacring Cena at Summerslam. Anything is on the table.

I think the table is clearly set for either a Brock win or a Rollins cash in on whoever. I don't think any heel turn is happening, but wrestling can literally do whatever the fuck they want.

"n an act of sheer defiance before The Show of Shows, Roman Reigns snatched the WWE World Heavyweight Title from Brock Lesnar and refused to let it go. Will The Big Dog be able to get his hands on the most prestigious prize in sports-entertainment this Sunday at WrestleMania?"

WWE.com writers really reaching to make Roman look strong.

Wait, 'The Big Dog' is what they are calling Roman now? That's kinda weird.

Dayum. I remember this lol.

I'm glad Lesnar is staying with WWE....I just hope he gets more dates and more action than the last two years...

I hope you realize that it's the lack of dates that makes Brock so special.

The more he shows up, the better chance that writing team fucks up God King Brock Lesnar.

Yeah, Brock is better as a special attraction with Paul Heyman showing up every week to own the mic

2) Cash-in. Because, let's be honest, from a tactical perspective it's the best time to do that and Rollins' character is that of a cunning jerk. And everyone loves to love to hate him for it. If Orton wins earlier in the night it would essentially rule this out.

I don't think it rules it out. Seth can still cash in if there's an opportunity to do so regardless of the outcome of the match, and I think Orton beating him even gives Seth another potential feud opponent down the line should he have a lengthy reign.

So, is it too early to call Roman Reigns fans Ballee-bers? Because that Hannibal Buress bit has some great cross joke potential.

That's good news about Bork. Raises my interest in the main event though I'm not really expecting anything that huge to go down.

Cody Rhodes vs Goldust is going to happen at SummerSlam, Survivor Series, or WM32 since Dusty is a Texas boy.

What won't work is putting the belt on Reigns, and just praying it all works while trying to turn him into Hogan 3.0. He's not there yet and he needs a strong, hated heel for folks to get behind him.

Brock Lesnar on paper is the biggest heel the WWE has seen in years. He killed John Cena twice. He KILLED THE FUCKING UNBEATABLE AT WRESTLEMANIA UNDERTAKER.

The problem is, Brock is only a mega heel against someone the crowd loves unanimously. Reigns isn't that guy because he's awkwardly been pushed as COMPLETELY AWESOME GUY but talks like shit, comes off as a shit lord in interviews, wrestles a more limited move-set than Cena (and can't go above it like Cena), and feels forced like Lashley or Chris Masters were.

If by "push" you mean not main eventing any house show, beign booed when it should be just cheers, even losing to Big Show, and no effort whatsoever to make him look believable, then yeah.

His push was a trainwreck, not his fault, but maybe this time WWE realises that.

What? No effort to make him look believable? They make the guy dominate every time he is on screen. He lost to Big Show due to outside interference and was his only singles loss in over 2 years and his first on the main roster. The crowd is rejecting him because of how fucking hard they are pushing the guy and how much he sucks on the mic and in the ring. It is entirely his fault he isn't over because he doesn't have the tools to make his push a success.

Heyman will betray Lesnar at Wrestlemania, and become Reigns' manager. Reigns will run through the roster for months until Lesnar returns as the company's biggest babyface.

Wow.

... But... Would it have killed him to keep it a surprise? Stupid gorrilla man.

"LESNAR RE-SIGNS WITH WWE.

He defends his title this weekend at WrestleMania"

Do you really think it's better to keep those headlines from appearing and just not have that free WM plug?

Aside from the fact that a Brock that's staying has a higher chance of retaining the belt and thus making the match more exciting.

This... is the most plausible thing I've read in this thread so far.

MY CLIENT, ROMAN REIGNS, IS THE ONE WHO BEAT THE ONE WHO PUT THE ONE IN TWENTY ONE AND ONE

I really hope that doesn't happen; Heyman and Brock are great together and we need to avoid anything that makes Brock get on the mic

Yeah, but then we might get Lana and Brock up against Rusev!

No way Reigns beats out Lesnar now that Lesnar has agreed to stay. Wouldn't make any sense for Vince. Reigns won't sell PPVs like Lesnar can. Nobody gonna sign up for the network to watch Reigns be in main events.

But all those house show buys, doe.

Either:

Heyman turns on Lesnar (99% nailed on, F all who think otherwise you're wrong)

OR

Lesnar loses, quits on RAW and hasn't actually re-signed it was all for show. (1%)

Give me number 1 plz.

Edit: potentially great WM now, i'm hyped. Well for the main event and Ladder match anyway, the rest will be crap.

I just cant see undertaker returing. I still believe he wont show on sunday and there will be a twist.

I saw him back in november here in Austin where he lives and dude looks worn out and doesnt sport the frame he had. He was at a charity run with his wife for kids with cancer

He'll make it!

The best case scenario is Lesnar destroying Reigns retaining the title and then the Rock comes out of no where setting up for Lesnar vs Rock. I will take that over Heyman turning on Lesnar and Reigns winning.

Yeah, if we're doing this we might as well just have Biker Taker instead of Dead Man Taker.

Because dear lord, right in the kayfabe.

I would mark (no pun intended) if I suddenly heard..

rollin' rollin' rollin'

And then he can go after Rusev!

Biker Taker was a head of it's time. In 2000 it was god awful post Ministry Taker, he should have had that taker till like 2005-6 than went biker.

I have a feeling they'll play it by ear regarding the main event. If Reigns is getting a Cena-type of reaction (50/50), then I can see them letting Reigns win clean, then maybe Rollins cashes in at the end. If he's getting booed mercilessly, you could see a Lesnar face turn with Heyman screwing him over in the end, and costing him the title.

I just cannot believe WWE would let this match go without some kind of controversy based on how shitty the buildup for it has gone.

Wildcard berths that can't beat teams without a winning record should have homefield advantage

Vince is absolutely not the type of guy that is going to change his decision on the main event at his biggest show of the year halfway through a match based on crowd reaction.

No I'm not necessarily talking about halfway through the match. But reactions to promo videos during the PPV during the night could give them the idea to change the originally planned outcome way before the match takes place.

It's probably wishful thinking, but would be a great way to generate some buzz leading into Raw.
