It will likely be at the end of it although hard to say if it would close it since they might talk about the main-event just after the match before the PPV officially starts. The PPV is more or less the panel talking about the matches with Tom Phillips usually interviewing someone with social media questions and then the actual matches for the pre-show.

They might do a Cruiserweight match on the first part of the pre-show since that seems to be the go-to filler pre-show match.
