My guess is Fable 4 teaser will close the show, 2018 release date.

Maybe they show the dev, maybe not. But I bet we'll see Fable.


Also, guessing Cuphead will be similar to Inside last year - available now or in two weeks sort of thing.

But as a SP focused game or still more like Legends? That would sadden me quite a bit. I remember when Molyneux left i was so curious what a SP Fable 4 would look like, we never got to see it. Plenty of things were great about Legends and i think with the right developer it could be a damn good SP game. Probably not on the same level as Witcher 3 but who cares, it can be good enough.

I would be ok with a shared world style Fable. Not a full MMO but certainly having adventures with friends. Coop gameplay with all the fun aging/scar stuff from the first Fable and maybe have a MP side of the game that is basically Legends remade.

I don't know why so many people are convinced that Fable will make a comeback at e3. When a company shuts down the developer of a franchise that doesn't usually mean they're going to turn around and dump tons more into that same franchise shortly thereafter.

If we see a new Fable project soon I imagine it will be in a smaller downloadable game fashion.

The Fable series actually sold pretty well and has a good following of fans that appreciate the humour and setting. Fable is it's own beast. As soon as they tried to move away from the traditional formula, then it started to fail. Maybe it was a wake-up call that gamers want traditional Fable.

Obviously depends on bandwidth but streaming 4k is not usually actually 4k.

I hope they have a downloadable version afterwards, as I stand a chance of it being actual 4k then.

FAble was just cancelled last year. No way they get a full fledged new entry anytime soon. The easiest thing they. Plus so is repurpose legends into something it it wouldn't be FAble 4.

Some of the Windows Phone launch games were actually pretty good. I'd switch to WP if it had good games based off Xbox IP.

EDIT: Browsing the Microsoft rewards page and it lists Recore as: Recore Standard Edition.
I'm guessing Recore is being tweaked and then rereleased similar to Ori: Definitive Edition.

Really hoping that E3 brings the announcement of Webcam support for Xbox One. I'd like to stream and just have the ability to make Skype calls to family. As I have an Xbox One S and might buy Scorpio at launch, I don't want to buy a $99 Kinect and that stupid adapter just to have that functionality... An added benefit would be Cortana support without Kinect as well! Please Microsoft!

I really don't think we are going to see anything Fable related. And if we did I don't see it being much more than a teaser. Phil did mention some time ago that he wanted to focus on games that are closer to release. In fact out of the Halo/Gears/Forza/Fable mix we have been use to for years I think the only one that is going to get significant time is Forza. Halo is going to be a teaser at most as well.

Now, just a thought, Ori was the only game that received a Definitive Edition from MS this generation, and we know that the Ori 2 is inevitable.. so maybe we will see Recore 2 after all.

I'm thinking they just know they released an incomplete game. I'd love to see Recore 2,but I'm not sure it did that well. Curious to see what the definitive edition includes tho.
