If you like puzzles then these three items in the season pass are worth it:
Baba Yaga
Cold Darkness Awakened
Blood Ties / Lara's Mansion (I forget the exact name)
Baba Yaga is standard fare. It's a mini version of the main game (very mini version) with an interesting take on Russian folklore.
Cold Darkness Awakened is incredible. It has some of the coolest puzzles I've seen in a game. Your AI partner reads you instructions out of a manual and you have to use those instructions to solve environmental puzzles. I.E. "Lara, wait a minute give me a sec! Ok, check if the valve on the third floor is red with blue stripes on it. If so, then pull the green lever on the first floor. Otherwise, flip an even number of switches on the second floor". It's nuts. And your AI partner's voice acting is superb. She's got a trembling nervousness to her voice while she flips through the pages on her end looking for the right instructions to give you. Sometimes she'll give you instructions and say "No no no no Lara wait!!!! That was the wrong page! Let me start over!" It's pretty awesome.
Blood Ties / Lara's Mansion is fantastic. It has a zombie mission at the mansion which isn't so fun. Meh. But the main mission at the mansion is literally walking around facing no enemies whatsoever. Exploring a dark creepy partially derelict mansion, searching for clues, solving puzzles, with no enemies breathing down your neck. Very refreshing. It doesn't match the sophisticated excellence of the 360 game's mansion, but it's a nice departure from the XB1's main story/combat.
I have zero interest in the Endurance dlc and I can't recommend it. It has no save points and involved survival game play. You have to gather supplies, keep warm, eat to stave off hunger. Fucking yuck.
