Guys why am I so impatient? I can't handle this credit sitting on my account. I almost got Tony Hawk for irony but the terrible music kept me away. Team management shit kept me away from FIFA (also supporting FIFA the real life entity in any way at all). I really just want NBA2K16 and don't even know why because I never watch basketball, though I did grow up watching it so maybe I want to return to childhood. Cheapest it's been is 45$, they had a free play weekend but that's no help to you now. If it's just a basketball itch NBA Live 16 has a mode restricted demo that you can play for as long as you want (you can unlock a handful of achievements).
I have to stop myself occasionally from buying Truck Racer. It was originally 15£ but they knocked it down to 12£ just to tempt me.

Happened on both the one in December and the first January title. Well now I really want Deus Ex: Human revolution and I still get the same error message.

Not atm, you either have to buy 360 GwG title via a 360 console or via the web site.
For normal 360 purchases that cost money, you can only use your MS Account credit if you buy from a 360 console, paypal or a CC are the only option via the web site.
Thanks, still weird that I can't "buy" Deus Ex for free via the web site as I have a CC linked and could buy Ori just fine.
Tried both the US and a EU site I have my credit card registred at, still no dice.

If you are seeing an error code along with the message enter it here.
Your best bet is going through xbox support - http://support.xbox.com/contact-us. It seems to be an issue that a few people have with claiming 360 GwG titles.
Buying 360 stuff on an Xbox One console is coming at some point (tomorrow or in six months, no one knows). If you can't be bothered going through support then the only other thing to try is to find a 360 locally and signing in with your account to see if you can purchase the GwG title on the console and if having your account be active on a 360 (if it hasn't been already) sorts out the issue with purchasing from the site.
Ok, will try it again later both on another CC and if that doesn't work, via support. Thanks, I appreciate the help as I don't want to miss out on Deus Ex

I don't get how they're running DOA5. I mean, for the costumes it's pretty easy to understand what they're thinking, but with the basic stuff to initially get people into the game it doesn't make any sense. Get 30 characters for $50 and story mode for $15 when you can just buy the normal full game unlock which is the same thing as both for $40, but then they sometimes put the two of those "on sale" to be the same price and the "full game" option which never gets a sale, and the whole time you can often find the physical version for $15-20 anyway.
