I know you're trolling but really only a single thing you said would even work.
You need to say it like you normally would, doing it too fast or slow is only going to mess it up.
"Xbox My Stuff" isn't even a command.
It's like watching someone keep pressing the X button on a controller and wondering why he is not pressing the A button. It's just going to take a couple hours for people to get used to the voice commands even Giant Bomb thinks they work great.

Funny. I get it though. It was nice of them to open preorders this late in the game, but at least get your message straight before you do it.

If you have not updated your console at all, use the first link (9xxx). If you have updated it but maybe something went wrong, use the second one.
That's my understanding of it at least! It says that you should download the version which matches what's on your box and it gives you the instructions of how to do so.
Dunno. It's possible one of the steps is still "Connect to internet and check for system update", or maybe it has an option to skip that?
Regardless, I would still make sure you have internet.

I think you need to use the update that matches the current version you have installed, but they both install to the final version. More than likely they're doing differential updates which is why it's important you know which version you're starting with.

yeah. More powerful. I had the volume much higher when it was at the default 5.1 setting. with DTS i dont need to put it up so loud and BF4 sounded much better,.

Sounds like my receiver. Good to hear! That is because DTS has a higher bitrate, maybe the 5.1 option is DD?

Is anyone else purchasing the 3 year warranty from MS for $69.99? I'm thinking of it, just because I know launch units aren't always the best, lol.
Only have 45 days to purchase the warranty :/
edit: I know we have a year covered for the Kinect/X1, just wondering if extending it to 3 years is worth it. An out of warranty repair is $115 (ouch...).

my Microsoft store called me and said buying 2 games, and a year of gold would get you the warranty for free...no idea if that applies to all stores or just mine though

Pretty nice deal for those who ordered everything through them. My Gold is stacked through June 2016 though, so I'd be personally better off just buying the warranty instead of all of that.

theres no option to keep downloading while your system is turned off yet, thats weird because i could do that on my 360..
Wut? It was one of the main features, that putting the console into standby (so that it listens to the Xbox On command) also allows downloads while in that state.
Have you tried pausing it and letting it go into standby mode? Does it just resume it as soon as it's in standby?
What should I chose? 5.1 uncompressed or Dts digital surround? Dts is better right?
Can you PLEASE confirm something for me. If you have your XB1 hooked up with an optical out cable does choosing the DTS option in the optical out settings convert all Surround signals (DD5.1 and any others) to DTS?
They basically run their own UPS depots. For massive shipments like this, you might not even get a tracking number until some time tomorrow.
It just depends on where you live and how close you are to a distribution center. Last week my PS4 didn't ship till 3pm Thursday night and arrived 9am Friday morning. I only live about 10 miles from a distribution center.

uncompressed; if the source is already dts then it makes no difference, and if not I don't know why you would want to compress it with dts (lossy)
the option is only there to support more devices

Still debating wether to grab my Xbone or cancel it, I'm not really feeling any of the games and the PS4 will be my multiplaform console. So buying a Xbone for Ryse and DR3 seems stupid but on the other hand the PS4 isn't due until next Friday here and I want that next gen already. What should I do GAF? Convince me, it's only 17 hours until launch here.
