Only thing giving me pause is the 500GB HDD. It will probably fill fast.

Looking at this image reminded me I'm going to have a crowded TV area. I currently have the PS4 Camera on top of my TV like yours...but I'm going to have to put Kinect at the base :l

It works just how you said. As long as the main account for the console has gold, any other account gets access to all the gold features.

Not really the average game is like 18 GB with some as low as 3~ GB in total.

Unless BF4 and COD(40~ GB) are the heavyweights in total storage while Dead Rising 3 and AC IV are sitting around 20 GB.

RYSE and Forza are hanging around 31-34 GB.

Kitty nose height is definitely a concern. I have an Xbox 360 slim in my office at dog nose level, and my dog thinks its funny to turn the thing on and off. At least with Xbox One, unless she learns to say "Xbox, ON" I should be ok.

Yep, I hate GTA and I love Dynasty Warriors. Reviews matter next to nil to me. Having said that, Ryse looks like it will be repetitive. Looks gorgeous though.

I don't see why Ford goes out of his way to make stuff positive. All things in life have their negatives and their positives that's how it is. Just because Forza was downgraded doesn't mean it's bad, it's the only AAA exclusive getting good scores on either console but yes it does have shit crowds.

Sometimes you gotta just say yeah that sucks but it's not the end of the world. I got a lot of gripes with the PS4 and XB1 but I still enjoy both.

Why am I keeping a positive outlook? That's simple, I just spent $500 on a gaming console that I'll be picking up in almost 24 hours from now.


Prague might've been downgraded but I think Forza 5 now is looking much better than it did at E3, now there are 16 cars on track, the aliasing has mostly been dealt with, unlike E3 the framerate has been locked down to 60 fps and so on.

That is close to the maximum height at 1,8m. Minimum is 0.6m.

Of course it still works over and under these measurements but it is not guaranteed.

I don't think it really matters to be honest when calibrating, , unlike the Wii where you had to choose which one, due to the sensor being placed for calibration.

Woah, just listened to yesterday's Bombcast and had no idea you could sync a controller via Kinect. You can just sit on the couch, press the sync button, hold up the controller, and it syncs.
