I hope Ryse is good. Forza has...disappointed me with the downgrades from E3, and maybe Ryse will end up being half-decent?

Question - is it possible to replace the HDD with an SSD? I mean, are there files available for d/l with the OS like there are with PS3/4? I'm guessing no since they don't support swapping the HDD.

No its not even possible to access the hard drive in software let alone take it out of the system. We have to wait for them to add external support.
Downgrades suck sure but the new Prague has way better textures, better environment modeling and most likely better car LoD.
Also you must remember that at E3 the final car count was yet to be determined so it could have come down to 16 cars on track or 3D spectators... :/
Forza 5 is looking wonderful either way and a trade-off on Prague should stop anyone from enjoying it.

No, and I prefer how it will works. IMO is better to have external USB HDD support (in the future) than having the ability to change internal HDD.

I can tell you EGM will give it a 5! They've been crushing anything X1 related it seems.
I'll say 7.5. Hoping for an 8, but no matter what, this game is my popcorn flick to show off what the X1 can do graphics wise. It'll be a time waster in between my main games.

If you are willing to give it a chance Forza's easy settings are very friendly to new people and as you get more comfortable start turning off some assists and keep going till you are at all assists off. If not, go with Ryse since you already know you like the genre. I don't think it will be great but I think it won't be as bad as its been made out to be by some.

I'm not an NPC. And neither are we.
I own the first two and haven't ever played more than 3-4 hours of them. Maybe a bit more for the first game.. but I just can't get into those games beyond time fillers.
There is some serious potential for bombs to be dropped at VGX on the Microsoft side for their 2014 lineup.

It's a little bigger than a original Xbox 360 while horizontal.
There are vents everywhere but the most important is on the top.

I'll probably try the demo first. I'm just so underwhelmed when I see the E3 vs Release footage. I know theres always a chance the game won't look as good as it did at E3 (Halo 2 E3 demo nvr 4get) but it's still disappointing to me.

I'm not there are clear parts of the release footage and are huge improvements over the E3 footage.
Everyone is mostly making a big deal over the 2d crowd which you're most likely never going to notice when racing.

I could see a future look at their 2014 lineup at VGX, maybe another Sunset teaser too.
Not even a second thought I'm going digital and because of that I get two copies of my games for the same price.

Reaction has been very mixed from different sources, including some who will be included in the metacritic scores. Some may score it in the 80s but a some will slam it.

The side USB port is on the left so you'd probably be better off putting it on the left so you can access it.
Also, what the hell is that thing in the middle???
I see things going both ways in those pictures, there are parts with more going on in places in the release and less in the E3 and vice versa.
I think this had more to do with the amount of cars on track with this high of LoD than anything.
Both videos are compressed so badly it's hard to even tell on some of the things.
It should be noted the E3 demo didn't have anywhere near 16 cars on track.
Also the E3 build is much more over-saturated and has a eye candy to it.
