Just sitting around with some friends watching a green screen with XBOX ONE on it after the update. A bit worrying that it is taking this much time and without any indication of loading on screen.

Mine has been preparing for dispatch for about 11 hours now.
I had that too. It takes a while so don't worry.Just sitting around with some friends watching a green screen with XBOX ONE on it after the update. A bit worrying that it is taking this much time and without any indication of loading on screen.
It takes a while. Don't switch off.

I don't care what pions here say. I love adding fighters to the game over time. That's the problem with fighters to me, the character list gets very stale.
Man the installation of Battlefield 4 is taking ages. It's been on 0 percent for a while now. Should i be worried? Plus does anyone have any idea where to check your active downloads
wow really. took 4 mins to download and install. was very fast.PS4 did the same thing. I was about 10 seconds away from freaking out when it started back up.
You should see the grin on my face right now. ULLLTRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Love that shit man.
BF4 is a really big game and you should see the download progress on the main dash.
Anyone here that had RYSE on their to-buy list bailing after the reviews? I'm still soldiering on, despite the mixed nature (and wow are they mixed).
Is there an option to not see avatars? I really hated those things.

I'm still getting the game. I haven't listened to reviews in years outside of my own curiosity on a couple of occasions. They think it sucks good for them. Looks interesting to me. A lot of reviewers thought Knack sucked but I got it anyway because I thought the demo was good fun.

I haven't seen an avatar till now. All gamerpics

Yeah, it just took a while.
Installing Killer Instinct and seeing if Ryse also installs from disk at the same time. Might have to stop one to install the other though.
Anyone know where I navigate to to stop or change up the queue?
Go to your games. Hit start on the game and move it up the queue.Yeah, it just took a while.

Have you figured out by any chance where to check up on your active downloads?
Yep it's on the main dash but it's been 0 percent for a while now. Might it have something to do with the update it required?
Bro what do you think about the console?
What is your impression?
Tried B4? How is it?
Might be, I know it downloads the patch with the game so maybe?
I would suggest trying a smaller game first and pausing BF4 and see what happens.
Just a reminder it is port forwarding day.

Has anyone seen any Xbox One specific impressions/review(s) of Battlefield 4? Doesn't look like GiantBomb or Polygon has a quick look yet...

But if you held a gun to my head and said I had to pick a system today, I'd probably point toward the Xbox Oneprimarily for its game lineup and partly for its interface and the still-in-their-infancy media features.
