I'm starting to get really excited! Finally got the it's shipping on UPS with actual information (tomorrow by end of day 3 PM woot woot!
I stopped by Best Buy after work to pick up a spare controller and saw people freezing in line.... made me glad I preordered online... I've gone without it for this long I can wait a few hours later to get it, lol.

Can log on Xbox Live from the PC but any marketplace selection gives a DNS timeout posting.

Services like AWS or Azure don't just go down because a few machines are connecting.

This kind of stuff happens. PSN was down for Ps4 launch. I couldnt get the day one update on WiiU either for a long time.

Pretty much any Microsoft website or service that you can think of. Apart from Bing. Although it does seem to vary depending on your location.
Edit: Just as I said that, SkyDrive came back up for me.

Everything is still working here in NY except Xbox.com. The other sites are all really fast, no evidence of slowdown.

Yeah looks like it. The guy streaming on twitch just snapped the twitch app running his stream. It was pretty funny. Also the voice commands seem to be working pretty well for him.

I just tried to upload a photo to skydrive and it worked fine. I am in Las Vegas btw. I have a doctors appointment for tomorrow, so I have to take the day off from work. Yay! I cant wait to go pick up my consoles at midnight tonight.
