Ok, console is all setup, update applied, dead rising installed and forza is doing that 6gb update. Only question I have is how do I put the console in sleep mode?

Up and running now and just about to start to play DR3. Just want to say that the console oozes quality. The controller, the console, the packed in headphones even. The only problem I had is that the HDMI cable I was using for my hookup wouldn't work. I had my old HDMI from my recently sold 360 still hanging from my tv so I didn't see the need to put in the packed in X1 HDMI. There is a need. My tv wouldn't recognize that there was a connection until I used the X1 HDMI. That's it. Everything else went smooth like butter.

Alright, it's Zombie murdering time. I gotta kill 5K in a week to get that achievement.

There are vents on top of the Kinect and mine's fairly warm at the moment. I wouldn't block it.

Thanks for the info. I definitely won't do that now. But now I have to think of another solution that doesn't involve me having to move each camera every time I want to play either console.

This would be a great opportunity for a third party accessory. A TV mount bracket that holds any combination of the Kinect, PS4 camera, and Wii U sensor.

I believe the default "off" is the low-power mode that will allow downloads.

You'd have to dig into the settings menu to change it to a complete power off.

I'd guess it will download 2 or 3 things at the same time before it places the rest in a queue.

Is there an option to individual manage downloads, ie, if I have a second download running can I select that one and pause it so my first download gets all the bandwidth?

On 360, you could press Y and RT when console is booting up to reset the settings.

Loving my Xbox One so far.

Got it home around 12:25am EST from my local Best Buy. Took all the damn stickers off of the Day One box that they slapped all over it for in-store pick up. Then proceeds to unwrap each item and inspect it with great care. System was then put into place in my entertainment center and hooked up. The Day One system update cruised through in about 8-12 minutes. Navigating around will take some time to get used to, as it did with Windows 8 on my PC as well as my Surface 2.

I picked up Battlefield 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Forza Motorsport 5 L.E., and Madden NFL 25. Feel free to follow me or send a friend request... Breadfan 3.

There is none unfortunately. You also can't set a priority for installs. Still waiting for KI to install.
