Am I psychotic for checking my Amazon Xbone preorder every hour knowing that want ship it until a least Wednesday?
How many players is Dead Rising and Crimson Dragon? Do either have online coop?

Any updates to using an external Hard Drive for the Xbox One? These Next Gen games are huge and that 500gb HDD will not cut it. On my PS4 I have 4 retail games, DC Universe and 2 of the free PS+ games and I am already half full. I plan to have more games on my Xbox One and just curious if there has been any updates to using an external hard drive.
From the details that have been thrown around it should make in some time early next year.. If I could venture a guess I would say the Spring Update.
How do I do that? You can usually get your TV to turn it on though HDMI, same thing with the XboxOne. Kinect can also IR blast it on.
Onkyo TX-NR609.Which receiver do you have?
That is correct.Just to be clear... If I buy a game digitally anyone can log into that console with their Gamertag and play it right?
Lol this is great. Terry crews for XboxGAF spokesman was a brilliant idea.Forget that, hop in with me
Hey, I came to think of something else!
When I say "Xbox On", it'll turn on the Xbox One and TV but will it also turn on the Receiver and chose the right source?
If not, it would be rather pointless.
Not sure about Crimson Dragon but I know Dead Rising has online coop
Probably super old, but for Aussies Big W seems to be selling X1 games at super discount rates. My local one (Mt Ommaney in Brissie) is selling all the big ones for $68. This was after asking at EB and JB HIFI who were charging $100+. The Big W guy did say he didn't expect them till the weekend though.
My Xbox One will go directly into the receiver.Apparently yes... Just not sure how it works if you have hdmi splitters or other stuff in the way...
So the Xbox one can support 8 players at one time!? They need to make a 8 player Mario Party type game fast, really surprised there isn't one at launch.
How do I do that?
Onkyo TX-NR609.
Do my receiver need to be able to turn on automatically when I turn on my tv now, to also work with the Kinect?
My Xbox One will go directly into the receiver.
But now I'm wondering if my receiver can turn on by itself after those guys mentioned it earlier in this thread.
Bought an Xbone controller tonight - first impression was that it sucks. Smaller, odd angles on the grips. WTF MS.

The hell. Its actually larger.. Not as fat as the 360 controller but longer.

My original question, does xbox one, automatically switch tv in and out of game mode, as you snap between tv, and gaming ?
Someone responded that your tv will display what that tv's input it set at, and thats precisely my question. If Xbone allows your tv, and games, acting as a seamless transition, this means that you have to keep game mode on all the time, or off all the time. For example, I'm watching nfl, snap dash, go to play ryse, If game mode is off, my game is laggy as heck from input lag, if game mode is off, my tv picture looks alot worse. Can you please answer Albert, curious if you guys have thought of this ?

No it is not. The pad is smaller.
Welcome to being the only person to think this, maybe you will get used to it.
I think it's 6 people can be logged into a Xbox One at the same time and you can have like 16 or so smartglass devices hooked up at a time.
I imagine some indie board games where the TV is the board and you use your phone or tablet as your cards to play.
Too cold for that, but the MS rep at time warner center said they were going to a little launch party there as well and that they were going to be giving out free stuff. Thinking about going.Anyone going to the Times Square even on thursday?
He is not. The controller is a huge step back compared to the 360.

Wait what?
Hey guys does Xbox One have bluetooth 2.1?
No it runs the proprietary Microsoft wireless thing like the 360 controller. They just heavily updated it to have more bandwidth and allow for full 5.1 audio through the controller.
What? It's much better than the 360 controller. Feels the same but better analogs, face buttons and triggers, dpad. It's not smaller at all, same size.
