Xbox |OT| Power Your Dreams

What's noteworthy that's hitting Game Pass.

I hope you're ready for a bunch of random Japanese games hitting the service at the end of the month. Assuming we see a repeat of last year.
Yeah, it's a blowout. Outer Worlds 2, Keeper, Ninja Gaiden 4, Call of Duty BO7 plus everything else coming. And yeah, likely a small TGS drop in 2 weeks.

On the topic of what Xbox evolves into the future, whether it be a pc/console hybrid or whatever.

My loyalty lies with that controller. I'll play where that controller and the elite controllers are useable. If they make them available on Sony devices that's probably a wrap for me. (Maybe; I like Gamepass too much to give it up)

Lol was just talking about this the other day. I'm probably along for the ride as long as the controller and GamePass stay Xbox exclusive. The NeXtbox would have to be way too PC-like, or be absolutely mogged by the PS6 in regard to Price vs Performance for me to consider abandoning ship.

what's the cheapest way to get a gamepass now? Are there any tricks still available?

Most of the regional loopholes have been clamped down, unfortunately.

The cheapest currently is sites like eneba which often have prices lower than MSRP.

And eneba is legit, I've used it many times over the years, no worry about them taking your money and giving you a bum code.

So I can't stack years anymore, or any of those conversions from other services?

Max 3 year stack and you can still save some money by converting PC Game Pass or Standard to Ultimate, but the conversation ratio isn't as good as it used to be.

The main thing I used to do, and recommend others, was buying very cheap Console Game Pass from Turkey and converting it to Ultimate. They've severely clamped down on the regional pricing now.

Without spending too much time doing Rewards points stuff.

Eneba is probably the cheapest at the moment.

Sites like CDKeys, Eneba etc often have discount sales, keep an eye out for those.

Buy a bunch of cheap Core, Game Pass PC/Console etc codes from here

Reference the conversion chart here

To get Ultimate, redeem your codes you bought above, then buy 1 month of Ultimate to convert all of your accumulated time into Ultimate.

So buy years of regular game pass, then buy one month ultimate to convert?

I decided to move on from this forum. Had a fun time chatting games with you all. My gamertag is RobertsK, don't hesitate to add me.

Xbox Controllers don't have Gyro though.

Nice.

I periodically check the Play Anywhere titles to see how it's growing and saw DUSK. Took 100 years but glad to see it on Xbox.

Idk i've about had it with play anywhere stuff if it's not microsoft studios games. Yakuza series (1-6) got gutted from it and the tomb raider series has some off and on weirdness. Like i just checked when i posted about fallout 4, and all 3 tomb raider games were off play anywhere, only cloud. Now 1 and 3 are back but 2 isn't, and hasn't been for quite some time now. I don't know what goes on behind the scenes of this program but it's real finicky. I'm sure there's some other games out there that have some weirdness too.

So Red Dead Redemption is getting a free series x/s upgrade and since there's no Xbox one version, I guess that means owners of the 360 version get the upgrade. Truly shocking from R* !

It says digital bc owners, wonder what it means for disc owners who stick the disc in and download the formatted game.

Yeah normally i'd say physical owners would get shafted as usual when it comes to these things, but the fact that you need to download xbox's version when you put in the disc gives me pause. I got the digital version so I won't be able to test but hopefully disc owners get it too. Would be funny (not funny) though if the "upgrade" runs like shit, and/or has weird issues and disc owners won't be able to play the original.
