there is no ps4 version of yakuza 5 and historically speaking the series doesnt sell well enough to justify the cost of porting it to ps4 for a localization

I'm going to guess that they don't have the details down, but I'd imagine an EU release is going to happen. There is almost no localized game from SEGA West these days that ISN'T just exclusive to either US/EU.
