PS4 is region free unless a developer specifically puts a region lock on their games like Dragon's Dogma Online. For the most part any game from any region will work on any ps4.

This is false. The only EFIGS localized parts are the back of the box and maybe the manual.

I still think Zero will see a Euro release. 5 is seeing a Euro release and that is on the PS3 and I can't see it doing all that well sales wise at this point in the year, at this point of the PS3's lifespan. If all that effort was put into localising 5, then I think 0 will get localised as well.

It'll be a pity if it doesn't, then again this IS Sega... I'll just import the game, not like I haven't already done that once this year with the Japanese version!
