Ok here is the situation i am in. I had promised myself to remain single for a while but there is this girl, well my co-worker. I really like her but the problem is i don't know where to start. We talk here and there at work mainly about school and stuff, but recently she has been talking about a guy whom she is been dating who turned out to be dick, she is all like guys are punks and stuff. My problem is i just don't know where to start...but i really like this girl.

What i am concerned about is that since she is a co-worker and all, i don't want to rush her and jeopordize our working situation or work relationship. I don't want to go on formal date as such although it will be a date. Ok... what i am trying to say is, how do ask someone out in such a way that it doesn't come out as if you are asking them on a formal date...dude am making any sense

Start with lunch on a work day. It's the safest bet. Then just let it progress from there and follow her lead she is already taken the inititive just let her fish for a while.

I dated someone at work this year and it turned out well. The trick is too keep it to yourselves. The only thing that can jeopordize your work situation are the co-workers who have no fucking business with what you two do.
