Eating healthy doesn't make you feel great. If you want to feel "great" then try exercising daily and watching what you eat. Believe it or not when you get into an exercise routine it makes you naturally want to eat better-- as in more fruits and vegetables, more water instead of soda.

No you just think it is. There's no need to be apprehensive to people who take care of themselves. In today's world there's a huge variety of things available for us to eat, but that doesn't mean it's all fine. It's not just about being healthy, it's about being smart with what you choose to eat.
