People in general are relying too many outside sources to find themselves a partner instead of just living their life and finding one along the way which has been the standard for most of history. COVID compounded this mindset and it has become a mental disease basically.


I am currently single, but would at some point like to settle down with someone who also does not want kids. I'm not forcing it though. I go to conventions, concerts, bars, State Fairs, etc etc with friends and I will just poke around and flirt. I'll run into flings and one night stands like everyone else, but eventually I might find someone that fits my lifestyle and my interests along the way. Or I won't. Which would suck, but I am not going to put my whole life and mental health into an app or social media site and hope that it spits out my life partner on the other end.


People just need to GET THE FUCK OUT and mix with people of their age group or of the age group they are interested in courting. (No judging for those that want cougars. You do you man. Experience over beauty sometimes. Been there. Fucking GREAT.)

Most of my jobs in last 10 years were in places where only few males worked and majority of workers were woman. I can 100% agree with your post.

Sometimes it's weird to see the amount of toxicity between females, it's not common for males and men usually end this kind of grudges fighting each other or drinking beer (sometimes both).

Tried online dating a few years ago pre COVID on all the popular apps, tinder, POF etc. Worst experiences of the dating world I've ever had.

I'd say about 1, maybe 2 out of 10 matches were women that didn't start the convos asking about height, money, what car I drove or any other metric that could be used to determine my worth, with an alarming amount becoming aggressive if I wasn't just looking for a hook up. These were women in the 25-30 age range.

Not to paint with broad strokes as I dislike mass generalisations but that's been my experience of online dating as a guy.

No they won't. Women in general want a man that pays for dinner and does the traditional gender role things. They also only complain when some inequality doesn't benefit them. When they are the beneficiary of inequality they will jump through hoops mentally to keep it, like paying for the first date.

Ask women are they OK being the main earner in the household they will say yes and complain about the pay gap. Yet , women are not marrying or even dating down in income. Infact, we see article after article of women complaining they can't find a man who is on their level financially.

Every person knows it's healthier to eat right and work out to be lean, but tell a guy to smarten up and they wont care or complain. Tell overweight women to eat less and work out, and you get labeled a fat or women hater. Yet, you never see someone called a fat or man hater for telling fat dudes to shape up.

Going beyond magazine covers, you see it in general movies and tv show media. Most of the comedic relief characters (laughed at for being fat, annoying, ugly, nerdy etc...) are almost always guys. Just think what people would say if it were mostly women who were the target for juvenile laughs at being unattractive and picked on. Youd get a lot more hell and criticism and complaints. But make the comedic relief characters men and it's all hilarious content.
