Your opinion on school

I hated high school. It was tiny, private, and Christian. The environment was absolute shit overall.
But now I'm in college and I love it. I have the choice to fade into the background and do my own thing, but I don't want to this time. It's a little strange how "popular" I am (if there is such a thing in college), and I find that I actually look forward to going to school sometimes - that is, if the alternative was staying at home. The people rock, and I enjoy my classes.
The worst problem is, though, the crooked profs. At this school you can NEVER trust to be graded fairly (too high/low). Especially since I'm in PoliSci and Philosophy - the Boxing of the Academic world. Everyone knows this. People that get unusually high grades are quick to acknowledge it. There's one prof, for instance, that seems to favour women; they've gotten particularly high grades compared to the guys, and it doesn't seem to be a matter of intellectual disparity. And besides playing favourites, they also seem to decide what 'level' people are capable of and lazily mark them at that consistently. Fortunately, if I've ever been a victim, it's been a pretty high grade, but other people have to do a considerable amount just to improve a single letter grade. bs.

Besides being too fucking expensive and the occasional prick teacher I don't have a big problem with school.
