Interesting name -- I got a sudden image of Zelda magically transformed with a "curse of the wolf" ... and if Link turns into a wolf....OMG TEH BEASTIALITY.

In English:
Does Zelda Gamecube have a name? posted by Nic007 the 14/05/2005: Would Zelda 2 have finally a subtitle? It would seem that it is indeed the case. The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess, such is its name. This new episode in the line of Ocarina Of Time is announced under best the ospices, and is always planned for the end of the year 2005 on Nintendo GameCube. And if that were not enough Link will make also soon its return on portables in a new iteration of The Legend Of Zelda: Furnace Swords Adventures. Directly inspired of the GameCube episode, one knows already that the play will use the Wi-fi functionalities to propose the multijoueurs without wire, that the touch screen will be employed, and that this second screen will have an important role in the play.

I would hope Nintendo would have enough sense not to put "Princess" anywhere in the title. Gives off the wrong mental image in relation to the game.

Who the hell is Nic007?

I suppose the Twilight Princess is the person under the cloak in the EGM Zelda cover. Or not. I don't like the name.

Ocarania of Time = ocarina

Majora's Mask = Mask

Wind Waker = Wand

Twilight Princess = Hoochie?

They should have captioned it after the dark man.

:lol

Things are going too good for this game. It's perfect so far. Nintendo doesnt no how to deal with things going perfect, so they put that shit name on zelda to even things out.

See, even if this is fake they're faking it the right way. Because it's a really Japanese-sounding name (tasogare no hime).

Since you rarely see fakers smart enough to come up with names that sound good in Japanese, this seems sorta real. If it's totally faked, whoever did it is smart. Or I'm reading too much into it.

I like zelda no densetsu: tasogare no hime though.

Not saying anything about the mag scan, because I don't know if it's fake or real.

But it's seeming REALLY likely now that the name is real.

But Metroid Dread? Sounds like someone made that name up too.

edit: it says that Donkey Konga 2 is a 2006 game....right.

Zelda TP?

Seriously...did nintendo even think?

I kinda like it as a name, but as a marketing tool it seems like a dud.

Alwell im there day one anyway.

A quick whois search told me that "Super Mario Strikers.com" and "Battalion Wars.com" have been registered recently (march 2005).

This could be the real title

edit : TOUCHGOLF.COM was also registered recently (april 2005)

Metroid Dread could be worked into a decent sounding title if you added another word to it, I think.

Mario Strikers actually sounds somewhat plausible. We've seen golf, tennis, and now baseball... soccer seems like the most likely Mario sport left.

Battalion Wars could be the new name of the GameCube Wars spinoff. That makes more sense than Advance Wars does, because of both the platform and the gameplay.
