I felt the prickling sensation of his claw tracing down my back in the darkness and that horrible yowling sound in my ear.
He wanted his morning canned food.

This one is great; it's sad and leaves a lot to the imagination. I saw one with a similar idea in the 6-word story challenge that I thought was also really good:

Here's my entry. Scary situation, but in an unconventional way:

Nude selfie attached, he sent the text message. It was at that very moment he realized he mistakenly addressed it to his boss.

I like the concept of these, but have always felt that, like creepypastas, the execution could use a little editing. Even some of the best from the reddit thread have their effect hampered by being too cumbersome. Taking the example in the OP:
I begin tucking him into bed and he tells me, “Daddy check for monsters under my bed.” I look underneath for his amusement and see him, another him, under the bed, staring back at me quivering and whispering, “Daddy there’s somebody on my bed.”

There's just so much here that takes away from the creepiness. Too much is told, and not enough left up to the mind of the reader (where the real horror is generated). My suggestion would be for it to be something along these lines:

“Daddy, is there a monster under my bed?” his voice sweet and nervous. Smiling, I get down to look, only to see his face in the shadows as he whispers, “Daddy there’s somebody on my bed.”

It's not perfect, and could use a little reworking, but...yeah.....I guess I should try a few, but off to business now!

I heard the gunshots in the house as I was frantically trying to unlock the door.
I finally was able to open it to see in the dim moonlight, blood smeared all over the walls and my family piled in a heap in the corner of the hall way.

...Maybe it was better or worse than my previous one, I dunno.

As I lay sleeping in my bed alone, I am gradually awoken by the most sensuous erotic head I have ever received. I see a head bobbing under the sheets, so I peek underneath to reveal...

1.
that there was no one there, and the sensation stopped immediately.

2.
"AHHHH!!!! Grandma, WTF are you doing!!!"

3.
that there was blood everywhere and some horrific creature was eating me alive!!

4.
"AHHHH!!!! Dad, I thought you were mom..."

5.
my girlfriend that died years ago, smiling at me as I watched her rot before my eyes and turn to dust.
