There's outliers to the rule such as Kino's Journey, Spice and Wolf and a few limited others but when it's surrounded by trash of the highest caliber such as I Can't Believe I End Up Fisting Every Sexy Lady I Meet!, you start to despair for the medium.

Those are two very notable exceptions that pretty much proves the whole thing false. LNs can produce excellent shows given the right idea and execution.

It's not on Crunchyroll, but if you want to laugh you need to watch the English dub of Golden Boy. Easily the funniest shit I've ever watched and it still makes me fucking lose it. (You can find the full series (6 episodes) pretty easily on YouTube.)

It's fantastic, if somebody made a shonen action show into a sports one then you'd have Kuroko Basket. My biggest issue with it is that it follows the sports manga trope of having the underdog team as the main one, and games taking many episodes to finish. But over-all yes it's worth a watch.

how it was having Mitaka babies and then Godai babies, and then not having babies with Godai and that episode where Akemi kissed Godai and Kyoko, in the anime they went more on an Akemi tangent, but the manga Kyoko dreamed that she almost kissed Godai, and in the end she did, ho ho ho.

And it has more Kozue-chan too. Nikaido is pretty nice too.
