Toonami will premiere Season1 starting Saturday May 3rd at 11:30p. Repeat Episodes of Space Dandy will move to 12:30a.

i've been watching it on netflix, and every episode so far contains like 12 minutes of repetitive exposition. There are some interesting moments in the show, but it doesn't really do a good enough job of making you care for the characters to make the character deaths very meaningful.

A bit disappointed after hearing all the hype.

I usually don't like Anime that's in English (other than DBZ, Yu Yu Hakusho and other classic anime) but from what I heard, it sounds pretty nice.

Eh, from the clips that Funi has already provided, the dub doesn't seem to be the best one ever, just pretty average. I do agree that an average dub in 2014 is better than your average dub from 1996

On the one hand, this is a really padded series and should have been 12 episodes. On the other hand, the bits that aren't padding is prime Toonami material. I'd expect it'll do well, although I do wonder what will happen when Space Dandy returns.

Best anime of 2013. Definitely one of the top ones... pacing can be a problem sometimes and the animation too still in certain scenes, but when the moments do come, and there are many... it shines.

Awaiting Season 2 for 2015 ! Won't spoil myself with the manga, the anime is too badass.

Yeah the Steins; Gate dub was great. One of the very rare times that I actually preferred the dub over the original. From what I've read and seen, the Attack on Titan dub cast is pretty well rounded. For the most part they have quality voice actors. However, IMO based on the preview clips, they got some of the personalities/tones of the characters wrong. Also some of the dialogue is much worse than the original (specifically the Hanji/Levi one liners).

The violence in AoT isn't any worse than some of the other stuff Toonami's shown in the past. Unless they randomly start dropping F-bombs in the dub, it shouldn't be censored at all.

Unless there's nudity or f-bombs.
No, the Titan nudity doesn't count, they don't have nipples or sexual organs.
Violence is a-okay. They showed Akira uncut outside of the one scene of nudity.

I've only read the manga, and had a feeling the anime would come to Toonami so... woo.
