I signed up for the PC beta. I had to try like six times before it stopped redirecting me back to the Beta signup page. I agreed to the NDA, clicked the "Play it Now" link. Tells me to check origin. Check Origin, not in my games list. Check Origin Order history:

It's automatically added to Origin if you signed in, so it was probably used by you.

Try restarting Origin if it's not showing in your library.
