i can't even log into the origin client now. what another great launch from EA. i doubt any of these issues will be fixed in the official launch either!

They announced the launch of a beta during a televised event; what did you expect? I'm surprised so many people have successfully gotten in, let alone begun downloading it.

It's not through the store. You needed to have BF4 (I did it without having my game disc in) and click on the banner. The first time I tried, it crapped out on me (and it was at 95.6% claimed - this was watching a 3 second delay stream).

Be warned though - you have to do the steps fucking quickly.

I managed to pull it off and got the download files a split second before getting the maintenance note - but I got the downloads going.

Got the banner to finally come up on PS4 and it said 33% left or some shit, clicked it and I got the site is undergoing maintenance shit. Tried because I haven't received a confirmation from the website.
