No Man's Sky may be awesome, I'll have to see how deep it is. We know the framework, we know nothing of the nuts and bolts.

But this E3 was pretty boring to me. Some good games that we already knew about, and the games that could be great were literally just CGI trailers, which is what they always are.

I just can't get hyped over E3 anymore. I only tune in for the spectacle.

overall sony had the more diverse gaming portfolio, they have the better services, talking was abysmal during the middle part but i'll get over it because layden announced some shit, there's the future with morpheus and ps now, and exclusive content as well.

Ubisoft: B Trailer heavy but good trailers and promising games
Sony: B Some great bombs dropped...negated by half an hour of boring TV and other shit. No gameplay for UC4. Oh well. GRIM HD!
EA: D-. One of the worst conferences I have ever seen. BOOOOOOOOOORING. Anything interesting wasn't close to being ready.

The biggest thing I got out of this conference is apparently there's no better way to play Destiny than on PS4, & dat Ratchet and Clank movie

And the Arkham Knight gameplay was pretty cool.

My taste is great, I just don't like sequels on sequels on sequels, or games I can play elsewhere. I'm sorry that AC Unity was a refreshing take on the series, verses a rehashed Uncharted sequel where it'll be more of the same auto-platforming and senseless firefights. My taste isn't crap because I didn't lose my shit at all the sequels and rehashes, my taste is exquisite because I actually want a game with gameplay, not a game based off of a 30 second teaser.

Maybe it was just me, but it seemed like sometimes the wrong game banner would show or the speaker would get interrupted too early by a video transition during Sony's conference. Like they showed a banner for Flower, and unless I missed it, didn't mention anything about Flower.

It would have been a great conference had they cut 30 minutes out of the middle and put No Man's Sky at the end of everything, or just stopped the conference after No Man's Sky. Nothing else shown so far has lived up to that anyway.

I'll say this, Sony's exclusives didn't appeal to me last gen, they aren't appealing to me in this current gen. Little Big Planet 3 doesn't appeal to me, The Order doesn't appeal to me, Uncharted 4 doesn't appeal to me. Felt very safe, that if you liked what Sony did in the past, you'll like what they're doing now.

This is something I'm struggling with. Going to be tough missing out on games like Crackdown, Fable and Gears. Not a big fan of the Sony exclusives but I had to go Sony with the best looking multiplats. Just don't think I have the time anymore to invest in both consoles.

GTA isnt exclusive, FC4 isn't exclusive, Batman's not exclusive. they basically had uncharted, the order (which looked boring as hell), and bloodborne. really underwhelming.

Sony had its highlights, but it did not need to be as long as it was. It really got boring halfway through and did similar shit (TV TV TV) that I hated from MS last year. However it did have a lot of great announcements and the final trailer was a great troll against TLG fans. Overall, I'm torn between whether this was better or worse than MS conference, they were both 'good' but not great. Now we wait for the remaining conferences

After MS's conference I will now seriously consider letting a Microsoft console into my home. They've done well and I have lambasted them consistently in the distant past, so this is a big surprise to even me. Crackdown potential and Sunset Overdrive, along with DR 3. I think Once I see more of Quantum Break, I should decide to open up the Amazon book mark.

As for Sony.. I have a PS4, Vita and plan on getting PSTV and PS now. They've won me over a long time ago.

Good job to both, with Sony edging out MS due to my pre-hype from Project Beast, now officially known as Bloodborne.

No care for indies, inFamous, or Ps3 games.
