Total bs with camping, but the guy playing Kirby wasn't doing too well until the end there. This is why I never do timed stock battles.
Kept hoping for a one more thing or challenger approaching, especially with that audience there. Would have been neat to see the reaction to Capt. Falcon, Falco or even Ridley being shown as playable.
Not expecting anything but vets at roundtable since it's not taped.

I agree, nobody had enough time to master any of the characters so they resorted to doing what they know works, but even then you could tell the game is very slick.
greninja's scarf is better
He should try to fight as opposed to cheaping it out in a sudden death.

Did we know Fletching was a Pokeball Pokemon? Noticed him in the tournament, but didn't see it mentioned anywhere.
He hops around and pecks people. Seems to also hop up onto walls and perch himself. Seemed pretty cool (and very small)

I don't play at a competitive level (yet!), so I can't comment on that side of it, but everything just seems upgraded from Brawl. The speed definitely does seem faster. The visuals are amazing and watching actual gameplay uninterrupted really highlighted it. Seeing a character like ZSS, who was sort of so-so in Brawl in my opinion, get such a cool move set upgrade was great (her dash attack looks awesome!). Even when items were on high, the game just looks so fun. As unfair as that triple Final Smash ZSS match was...it was just so fucking funny!
The game looks like exactly what I wanted. And, I'm sure after this roundtable, I'll be in love with it even more.

Its still impressive what they've been able to do, but god damn.

Last time we saw him he posted a pic of him on a plane and...well, he ain't no air fighter.
It looks faster than Brawl, and I don't think I've ever seen a Brawl match get that intense.
When I play it tomorrow I'll have more to say on the games competitive potential.
