One of the worst things about MGS4 was the stupid globe-trotting interludes on the winged Mystery Machine, so let's hope it does. Unless there's a few other places that they get to by more interesting/coherent means.
It seems pretty likely that it will be set in Africa too. I guess there will be other areas as well.

The hospital you start the game in is also speculated by fans to be Cyprus from the map on the wall.
We think Africa will be a location, since it's been hinted at in trailers.
Plus, Konami did some extensive work creating a jungle setting in Fox Engine. Seems pointless unless they intended to model a similar environment in game.
After he loses his eye in MGS3, the right side of the screen in first person is slightly darkened.

Unfortunately that reads like DLC for GZ, not full TPP game. So DLC for the demo (ha), and a long wait for PP.

I really don't read it like that, considering it was confirmed that playing through GZ would bear some sort of reward for players going into TPP.
They're not going to release DLC a year later for what is practically a beta at this point!
edit: To clarify, this was a thing used to promote buying a physical copy of GZ. And to my recollection, it was billed as Phantom Pain related.
No way it's DLC for GZ.

There's nothing to assume he has been replaced as Solid Snake, yet, aside from Sutherland playing Solid Snake in the weird GZ callback mission. The time this game takes place, though, puts Solid Snake at 12 years old. Dunno if we want Hayter voicing a 12 year old Snake, but maybe he has good range.
Imagine if they get Cam Clarke for Eli.

Just a fool's hope.
Every indication we've been given is that Konami wanted to get rid of Hayter entirerly as Snake, not just as Big Boss. Things like the japanese voice actor remaining the same, not hiring Hayter for Ground Zeroes or the Deja Vu mission or telling him what's going on. He also seemed pretty sincere in interviews that he was upset and that he hasn't been contacted by Konami, and has said some things that have hurt the PR for the game. They haven't spoken his name or given him any sort of farewell since the announcement either. He visited IGN and did a news report for them talking about the Legacy Collection, but they were told to take the video down for some reason.

Just have an epilogue scene of him in 1995 eating chicken wings and drinking beer in his apartment. He flips to the news channel and sees that Outer Heaven, the war mongering mercenary nation-state has been destroyed. He throws the bud light against the tv in disgust for having the chance of defeating Big Boss himself taken from him, and vows revenge against whoever was directly responsible after taking one more bite of KFC.

Well, his revenge will either push him totally to the dark side, or his revenge will enable La Li Lu Le Lo to openly promote him as bastard. Visually he now really looks like a demon.
As we all know, Big Boss will be marked as a terrorist leader of the hostile army, and he will die as a "villain" by the hands of his own son [who will remain tragically uninformed, controlled by the La Li Lu Le Lo from the shadows to remove their enemies for the majority of his life, or stumbling in the situations where he by his own choice [not knowing what he is doing completley] saved La Li Lu Le Lo from destruction].
