Sorry, I will let everyone get back to things that matter - like Final Fantasy
Dude you have a Big Bang Theory avatar! I don't think you're in a place right now to judge!
Is it satirical?

He said that he'd get a BBT avatar for a month if Carrie Gouskos wasn't the new editor. Turned out she wasn't!
You will be having a new avatar soon!
Tomorrow is a good day!

If you are wondering, the new "Video Thing," is Patrick video essay - not some crazy nonsense like it used to be. I guess it is fine for him in inherited the name.
A Story About My Uncle is a game fyi

They really talked too much about this topic. Especially after having pretty good insight last week with Rorie and Danny's input and long discussions at the E3 streams, they didn't need to start with it again this week.Jar Time better be about all the new shit happening with GB and not many stupid questions about E3 and what it's worth.
Roundabout.whats that game where you're driving a limo or a car or whatever and you're spinning in circles trying to murder zombies or civilians or something?
I thought dave lang was working on it (according to something jeff said at e3) but maybe he was being sarcastic
I know they've talked about it before on the bombcast though
Roundabout.
Dave Lang's Turnaround.
Crimsonland is an old-ass game from like 10 years back.Wait, is crimson land previously a XBLIG called I made a game with zombies in it?

You're a monster.
sooooo sooooo goood man I just can't stop laughing at that moment and the reaction
So the Video Thing is pretty much a video review. Not bad, though.
The whole game seems centred around the main character's bond to his uncle, but when the moment finally arrives, when the player finally gets there, the game moves to the credits as fast as possible, and you're left pretty empty. *cue LA Noire (?) music* ASABMU may have left me looking for more in the end, but it's the definition of a game defined by the journey, not the conclusion. So many games obsess with providing players with power fantasies as defined by Michael Bay. There are other kinds of power fantasies, too. And games like ASABMU allow me to indulge them. Sometimes, you just wanna fly.

Just to throw in a bit of constructive criticism, I dunno about the silly gimmicks like the voice effects and the song. It doesn't fit the tone of what Patrick was trying to do which seemed more like an in-depth, serious analysis of a game.
