I guess some could call Argentina's performance smart, their players always being more clever in duels. I'd call it boring football, bordering on disgusting. They started wasting time mere minutes after their first half goal and have done everything to slow down the game.
Belgium only have themselves to blame if they lose though. They've been incredibly sloppy in possession and had no urgency in their game until halfway the second half. Too little, too late.

It's not common at all. It tends to happen when a team scores a second half goal in a close game. But after 10 minutes of play? Maybe Chelsea does it, but it's not something I saw happen last season in the Champions League.
