For all the concacaf talk in the group stage, the semifinals are already 2 Conmebol teams and 1 UEFA team , with Netherlands being the most likely team to get the last spot.

So nothing changed , the usual teams still got in the semifinals unless Costa Rica makes an incredible upset

Well I guess if it wasn't obvious, whoever wins this tournament is going to be worst national side to ever win a World Cup. It's been fun, but the overall quality has been dire at times.

Is it really necessary to change the topic name into unavoidable spoilers as soon as they happen? Some people record this shit while they're at work for later. Spoiling within the thread is one thing, but the topic title?

I agree if Brazil wins. It's the worst Brazilian team I've ever seen in a World Cup. Germany and Argentina have great players and a wonderful generation. The Dutch team have also some good valuables. The Cup would be in good hands if they won.

Just avoid GAF until you watch the game.

Well shit. First real opposition Belgium meets, they're out immediately.
All of their star power is in the back, if they had just one good offensive player that could make a difference... Sadly they don't.

Imagine if Holland and Belgium were still one country.

Edit: I'm talking about the squads.. surely Germany and Argentina played badly in a lot of games in this WC.

I honestly don't know how people can watch ESPN. They're running Sportscenter on ABC and have literally covered Lebron James in two separate segments with three different pundits.

Guy one: No one knows what he's going to do but it should happen within the next few days. He'll be at the WC Final next Sunday.

Guys two and three: No one knows what he's going to do.

Is there really nothing else to discuss in this country regarding sports right now?

Up next: is the ref to blame for Neymar's injury?

What!?

It's not just them talking about that. They are doing just fine.

I've also heard baseball and Wimbledon talk. It seems alright with me.
