With the rest, you're preaching to the choir (men) here. I'm well aware that the likelihood of this movement coming up short vs. getting noticed at all is maybe 99.9 to 0.1. And that's completely okay, because no matter what, the character's name stays fresh in everyone's minds, and the supporters (who are growing in number on other sites, mind you) have fun participating. We're no more 'entitled' than anyone else who suggests anything for Smash, just more proactive; 'entitled' is a crappy buzzword in the fanbase, used to marginalize people who post about ways they personally think Smash could be improved.
Yeah, that's me. That is part of the fun. . .going in with absolutely no expectations and seeing exactly how far we can take things, just based on sheer enthusiasm. There's already a collection of users making artwork and videos for the project, it's spread to Twitter where Grant Kirkhope (DK64 composer) has retweeted the site to 23K followers, and we're only just beginning.
