She gonna be Wonder Woman? We gonna Amalgam time?
my heart already belongs to Warrior Woman.
She gonna be Wonder Woman? We gonna Amalgam time?
what? 40 fucking years ago? Think they could give it another shot? Valkyrie was created in 1970? We already got too many magical warrior sword wielding shield wives than we know what to do with? Why did didn't they just admit that weakness.
Oh, and now calling Thor "Goldilocks" won't be as funny.![]()
Wasn't storm Thor at one point?
what happens to hemsworth now
looks like what could be the main character for the next god of war game.

I'm wondering how sales will/will not suffer over this change. Comics are largely male dominated/sold to males. While this is an attempt to get "female readers" on board, I'm not sure this is the right way to go.
They already did what that poster said, that you agreed to all of. Now I'm just repeating myself. Are you seriously asking why they didn't announce a weakness, too?

Hemsworth is a real person.
Nothing. The MCU is a different continuity.
If they can get through this without making a pun on sore, I will be impressed.
no Thor is male.. period
Waiting on the one who's truly worthy, Thorgi, corgi of thunder.
I remember the movie had, "power of Thor". I think Thor is just his name and not a title.Wait is Thor like a title given to whomever wields Mjolnir?
I am confuse
My man. You couldn't fight Thorgi, you'd just rub his belly and good things would happen.![]()

Boobplate armor, I see.
I think it would be more interesting to really make her Thor (using the mythology, so the daughter of Odin and an Earth goddess, with natural Thor powers). If it's someone else using the hammer, it's hard to think of as "the one and only Thor."
Are they calling her Thora? Seeing as English has an established female counterpart to the name Thor I would think it would make sense.
Beta Ray Bill only wielded Mjolnir for a very short time (like 5 mins), he has his own unique hammer with the same powers of Mjolnir called Stormbreaker.

So:
Wolverinehas lost his healing factor, and is scheduled to die in September.
Captain Americahas lost the super soldier serum, aged 70 years in an instant, and is handing his shield to a new, black Captain America who is speculated to be Falcon
Thor is now unworthy of his hammer and has handed it off to a new female Thor who many speculate to be Angela.
I wonder what Marvel is planning, shelving so many key characters right now.

I suppose if there was a fourth one it would be Hulk? This October, Marvel Comics evolves once again in one of the most shocking and exciting changes ever to shake one of Marvels big three Captain American, Iron Man and Thor
Address weaknesses, over come them. Don't hide behind them. And hey yeah, technically they did try all of those things, and my point that you continually seem to be willfully ignoring, because oh yeah they actually did create new female fighters back in 1964 and 1970, but maybe they can try again in a newer context? There's no argument here except what you want to make.

Would you call Spider-Man if anything more powerful than DR. Octopus showed up? You couldn't credibly have him lead the AvengersI must be missing something. Marvel's most popular character has always been Spider-Man. Why isn't he one of the "Big Three"?
Who is the artist for this cover?A post-Thor Masterson, Dargo, and Beta Ray Bill even teamed up with Thor briefly.

You keep iterating on the point each time its requirements are satisfied, it becomes impossible to address.

Is this for real?Cap lost his Serum in the 90s and this did not happen

She's ready.
There is only one way this works out to my satisfaction: Thor is Thor's future daughter. Whom Roz decided to name Thor.
Explains why we never actually see Thor's child. She went back in time.
Yup. That works.
Wolverine lost his healing factor back then too, and the situation was also different.
Different writer, different interpretation.
One of my favorite things about Comics actually.
