I will support the series by buying the first game, and if I like it enough, the second game.
And more if they release the sequels.
Nayuta would be great too.
Oh, right. If Agarest can sell, this should have a good chance. On GOG it'll stand out even more.
I had to look that one up and, um... what?
Also, I don't own a Wii.
Nayuta isn't really feasible, and it's totally unrelated to the canon Kiseki series, so I'd personally rather they don't pay it any mind.I will support the series by buying the first game, and if I like it enough, the second game.

Nayuta's probably the kind of game that'd be at the front of XSEED's short list for localization choices had it come out on a more opportune platform. Instead, it's a crazy late PSP game.Don't get a lot of hopes for Nayuta.
Also, if you finish FC you WILL want SC, that fucking ending.
I was buying Agarest and expected a NIS SRPG. What I got was a good VN with horrible boring gameplay
The VN-parts are really okay, but the gameplay is just so bland. It feels like work rather than fun. Stuck in the third generation.

Well, I could still be surprised by whatever bullshit could get in the way of a localization, but it's a Falcom action RPG that's reasonably inoffensive and isn't overly cutesy, so retailers probably wouldn't object to carrying it and if it were one of those two (well, being offensive seems to be less and less of a concern) it'd probably be there for digital release at least.
Stop there and save yourself from the insane difficulty spikes you have yet to reach.
An old joke for a similarly niche game.If you did have a Wii it'd be a worthy addition, though.
Going from Corpse Party to Trails is going to be quite the flip. Hope you enjoy it~
Well, if it's between Nayuta and the rest of Kiseki I'd gladly take the latter, Nayuta's a great action RPG and in a style that doesn't really NEED comprehension of Japanese to enjoy. The rest of the franchise is more like trying to get through a dense TV show like Game of Thrones in a language you can't understand.I'd prefer to get 3rd which is on PC and continues the story.
It's kinda sad cause everyone that has played it says that Nayuta is a great game.
So is there some kind if data importing when starting the second game?
So when can we expect the Gagharv trilogy?

I know that no one wants to say anything negative about this because it's something people have been anticipating for a long time and there's this sense of not wanting to seem entitled or anything, but seriously, what the fuck is wrong with the screens on the Steam page? The font is awful, and the text placement seems less than desired too. It's really amateur looking.
Look at this. The "Attack" isn't centered at all, and the font in general looks so squished it just feels completely off.
Couldn't find a better comparison from the PSP version but here's one I managed to google:
What happened?!

"Attack" not being centered does look off, though.
The font looks really bad to me. I actually find it pretty hard to read the dialogue boxes in the other screens without being bothered. It's way too thin for my liking. I think the font could be acceptable for info display if they really need the space for more text, but definitely not for dialogue!![]()
View it full-screen, and I think you'll change your mind. It's super hi-res and crystal clear. Not hard to read in the slightest when you're actually playing -- it's a marked improvement over the PSP font.

Just a quick question from a European guy...
What about the price ? Will it be 19.99 too ? Or will XSeed be kind and apply a dollar to euro conversion, making it 14.99/15.99 ?
If Ys Origin is anything to go by, it should be the case, considering the game is 20 dollars and 16 euro...

Really, I can't wait to buy this.
I have never been excited to double dip on a game, but this time around I'm anticipating the release as much as the original release back in the day. Weird! And yet so exciting.

You can save anywhere (that you can get into the menu). The game autosaves every time you move to a new screen/finish a battle or whatever, too.Anyone who played the PC version - can you save anywhere, or does the game has savepoints?
PSN sale please
it's been over a year since the last one

Oh God, I hope not. I just grabbed it for full price earlier today!
Seriously though, I don't see it happening since it could potentially hurt the PC version's sales. It's kinda why I just went for it. Also, has it really been so long since the last sale? Someone in this thread mentioned one happening very recently and I was kinda kicking myself for missing it.
Only on EU PSN unfortunately.
I understand the complaints but I wanted to mention that Xseed actually improved the font from the JP PC version to the one we're getting.

I get the complaints about Attack not being centered, but the font is an improvement.
